Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday. As always, shipping is free.
Obsessions Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.
An item may be returned for a refund as long as it is within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the original unused condition, unworn and unwashed, including deodorant or make-up stains from trying the clothes on. Please include the name used when the order was placed and the card used to place the order will be refunded. Refunds take 5-10 business days to hit your account. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Discounted "sale" items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you believe the item you have received is defective, you will need to contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date.

How to Make a Return
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**
Simply ship the item(s) to the address below with your order number and email address attached. Once received, we will credit your your account..
**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), we will e-mail a return label to you.
